Email: giuseppe@frameads.eu · Phone: +49 151 42 899 446

2. Overview: which services does this website load?
- Always: hosting (IONOS SE) and your cookie choice stored locally. Fonts are loaded from our own server – there is no connection to Google Fonts.
- Only when you send an enquiry: CRM monday.com Ltd. (monday.com) and email delivery via our mailbox at IONOS SE.
- Only with your consent: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel.
- We do not embed YouTube videos, Google Maps, social media plugins or chat widgets. The Instagram link in the footer is a simple link without any data transfer before you click it.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website runs on a server (VPS) rented by us from IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Deutschland, in a data centre in Germany. When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, referrer, browser and operating system) in order to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in secure and stable operation. These server log files are automatically deleted after 14 days at the latest. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with IONOS; no data is transferred to third countries for hosting. IONOS privacy information.
4. Cookie settings (consent management)
We store your choice in the cookie banner exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage, key “fa_consent”: categories and time). This storage is technically necessary in order to respect your decision (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future: .
5. Enquiry form, email and phone
If you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process your details (name, company, email, optionally phone, your choice of formats, driving area, number of vehicles, duration and preferred start as well as your message and the language of the website you used) in order to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering general enquiries).
Origin of the enquiry
Together with the enquiry, we store via which page and which channel you reached us (campaign parameters such as utm_source/utm_campaign, click IDs from Google or Meta – gclid/fbclid – from the address bar, landing page and referring website). This lets us see which advertising measure led to an enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No cookies are set for this.
CRM: monday.com
Enquiries are automatically stored in our CRM at monday.com Ltd., 6 Yitzhak Sadeh Street, Tel Aviv 6777506, Israel, so that our sales team can process them. The EU Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Israel; where sub-processors in the USA are used, the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. A data processing agreement is in place with monday.com. monday.com privacy information.
Sending emails
We send the confirmation of receipt to you and the internal notification via our mailbox at IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Deutschland. Your email address, your name and the content of the email are processed in the process. Processing takes place in Germany or the EU; a data processing agreement is in place with IONOS. IONOS privacy information.
Storage period
We delete enquiries once they have been fully processed and no contract is concluded, at the latest after 24 months. If a contract is concluded, the retention periods under commercial and tax law apply (up to 10 years).
Your name, company and email address are required to process your enquiry; without this information we cannot reply to you.
6. Google Analytics 4 (only with consent)
If you consent to the “Statistics” category, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”) to analyse the use of our website statistically. Cookies (e.g. “_ga”) are set and usage data (pages viewed, time spent, device information, shortened IP address, approximate location) is processed. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). The data is deleted after 14 months. The Google script is not loaded before you give your consent. Google privacy policy.
7. Google Ads conversion tracking (only with consent)
If you consent to the “Marketing” category, we use Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Ireland Limited). If you reach our website via a Google ad, a cookie (e.g. “_gcl_aw”) is set. If you send an enquiry, Google learns that an ad led to an enquiry. We only receive aggregated statistics, no information that allows us to identify you personally. We do not activate personalised advertising (“ad_personalization”). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). For the transfer of data to the USA, see section 6.
8. Meta Pixel (only with consent)
If you consent to the “Marketing” category, we use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland (“Meta”). This allows us to measure whether ads on Facebook or Instagram lead to enquiries on our website. A cookie (“_fbp”) is set and data such as IP address, browser information, pages viewed and the event “enquiry sent” are transferred to Meta; a transfer to Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA is possible (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We are jointly responsible with Meta for the collection and transfer (Art. 26 GDPR); the joint controller agreement is available online. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Meta privacy policy.
